75g milk
1 egg
35g white sugar
2g salt
165g high-gluten flour
10g milk powder
2g yeast
10g butter
Making Steps of Sweet Bread
Step 1: Put all ingredients except butter into the bread bucket. Knead with a bread machine for 15 minutes.
Step 2: Add 10g of softened butter at room temperature and continue to knead for 15 minutes.
Step 3: Keep the dough in the bread machine and let it ferment until it doubles in volume.
Step 4: Take out the dough, deflate it, divide it into 4 parts, roll them into balls, cover with plastic wrap and let them rest for 15 minutes.
Step 5: Roll the rested dough into long strips and put them into the coated paper cups.
Step 6: Let the dough rise in the oven until it doubles in volume (do not plug in the oven, just put a bowl of boiling water in it).
Step 7: Sift a layer of flour on the surface.
Step 8: Cut out the shape with a sharp knife. Bake in the middle layer of the oven at 180°C for 15 minutes, with both upper and lower heating elements on.
