Air Fryer Cupcake Recipe

Ingredients for Air Fryer Cupcakes:
Cupcake Mix 30g, Eggs 3, Milk 35g, Corn Oil 25g, Black Sesame Seeds to taste.



Method for Air Fryer Cupcakes:


Step 1: Separate egg whites from yolks.


Step 2: Mix vegetable oil with milk.


Step 3: Stir until emulsified.


Step 4: Add cake mix or cake flour.


Step 5: Add egg yolks.


Step 6: Stir until well combined.


Step 7: Add a few drops of lemon juice or white vinegar to egg whites.


Step 8: Gradually add sugar in three parts.


Step 9: Beat with an electric mixer until stiff peaks form.


Step 10: Fold one-third of the beaten egg whites into the yolk mixture.


Step 11: Pour the remaining egg whites into the yolk mixture and gently fold to combine.


Step 12: Line the air fryer with paper cups.


Step 13: Fill the cups to about 80% full, sprinkle with sesame seeds, and tap to release air bubbles.


Step 14: Refer to the image for cooking time.


Step 15: Your cupcakes are ready to enjoy.


Step 16: They taste better than store-bought cupcakes.
