Homemade Bread Recipe with High-Gluten Flour

Bread making steps:

  1. Prepare the ingredients.
  2. Prepare a water-free container to separate egg whites from yolks.
  3. Add one tablespoon of sugar to the egg whites.
  4. Add 2 tablespoons of high-gluten flour.
  5. Beat with a whisk until frothy.
  6. Add another tablespoon of sugar.
