Method for making colorful bread:

Step 1: Green leafy vegetables, preferably spinach, I used lettuce. Milk powder liquid, mashed purple sweet potatoes, mashed carrots, mashed sweet potatoes, yeast. Note: Purple sweet potatoes, sweet potatoes, and carrots should be steamed and mashed (a little water can be added). Green leafy vegetables should be boiled and mashed.

Step 2: Knead the dough of five colors, adding yeast, sugar, and salt. It is better to use pumpkin instead of sweet potatoes for a more attractive color.

Step 3: Place the five colored doughs into a larger container, cover with plastic wrap, and let them rise in the oven for 60 minutes.

Step 4: After fermentation, knead the dough for a few minutes, roll it into an oval shape, and arrange according to the picture, following your preferred color order.

Step 5: You can add an appropriate amount of raisins to each layer of dough.

Step 6: Roll up from the bottom layer of dough and place it in the bread tin, cover with plastic wrap, and let it rise for another 30 minutes in the oven.

Step 7: After the second fermentation, bake at 165 degrees for 40 minutes with both top and bottom heat.

Step 8: Let it cool and then slice the colorful bread.
