Ingredients:
– Strawberries (quantity as desired)
– 200g whipping cream
– 18g powdered sugar
– 2 cake slices (one large and one small, baked in a gold pan and cooled)
Preparation:
1. Select evenly sized strawberries for decoration and chop the rest for filling.
2. Place strawberry jam in a piping bag.
3. Whip the cream with powdered sugar and transfer to a piping bag.
Assembly:
1. Pipe a layer of cream in a stainless steel bowl.
2. Place the smaller cake slice and pipe another cream layer.
3. Add a thin layer of strawberry jam, followed by chopped strawberries and more cream.
4. Place the second cake slice, pipe cream to smooth, then add strawberry jam.
5. Decorate with strawberries and insert festive cake toppers.
