Ingredients:
– Cream cheese: 200g
– Whipping cream: 100g
– Egg: 1
– Fine sugar: 50g
– Flour: 5g
– Salt: a pinch (optional)
Instructions:
1. Combine all ingredients in a blender and mix until smooth.
2. Pour the mixture into a mold (lined with parchment paper or a foil pan).
3. Tap the mold gently to release air bubbles.
4. Preheat the air fryer to 200°C and bake for 10 minutes.
5. Reduce the temperature to 140°C and bake for another 10 minutes. Adjust the time slightly for a softer center if desired.
6. Remove and refrigerate overnight before serving.
