Baking instructions: Middle-lower rack, top heat 160°C, bottom heat 165°C, bake for 22 to 25 minutes.



Ingredients:


– 5 eggs


– 67g flour


– 70g milk


– 30g sugar


– A little lemon juice


– 1g salt


– Scallion and pork floss (as desired)



For cocoa flavor: Replace 7g of flour with cocoa powder.
