Ingredients:
– 2 packets black sesame multigrain powder (approx. 70g)
– 100g whole wheat flour
– 50g oatmeal
– 3g baking powder
– 2 eggs
– Dates (to taste)
– Nuts (to taste)
– 1 tbsp black sesame paste
Instructions:
1. Combine black sesame paste and black sesame powder, then mix with eggs until uniform.
2. Add oatmeal, whole wheat flour, and baking powder. Stir thoroughly.
3. Adjust consistency with a small amount of water or milk as needed.
4. Incorporate dates and nuts into the mixture.
5. Transfer to a 6-inch mold and air fry at 160°C for 20 minutes.
6. Let rest for 20 minutes after cooking.
7. Flip and air fry again at 160°C for another 20 minutes.
8. Allow to cool completely before cutting into portions.
9. Store frozen for preservation.
