A self-documented record of cake making:
Ingredients used: eggs, cake flour (appropriate amount), measured for a 10-inch chiffon cake. Prepared three cakes (8-inch + 5-inch + 5-inch).
Quantity: 10 eggs, light cream (Elle & Vire brand), sugar (low sugar version), olive oil (appropriate amount).
New tool: Oven caused cracking, but the reverse side remained relatively neat. The cracked surface enhanced the texture and tasted better. The texture was satisfactory, and the interior was acceptable.
Consumed one for breakfast. The color was slightly yellowish. Strawberries in season were sliced and appeared exceptionally attractive. The visual appeal was remarkable.
Abundant mango was added generously for personal consumption. The side featured a Monet-style frosting, which was highly appreciated for its aesthetic appeal.
The cake was both visually pleasing and delicious. The nephew finished it all at once. The core was used for surface decoration, and the color texture was particularly favored. The 5-inch size was ideal. Elle & Vire cream was used.
