Durian Mille Crepe Cake Recipe

Purchase fresh durian to create homemade durian mille crepe cake at home.


Ingredients:


– 3 eggs


– 200g pure milk


– 50g sugar


– 30g cornstarch


– 40g low-gluten flour


– 120g durian pulp


– Appropriate amount of salad dressing


– Seasoned mashed potatoes (as needed)


– Steamed milk egg paste (cooled, as needed)



Prepare the crepe batter first. Crack three eggs into a bowl, add sugar, and whisk. Pour in pure milk and continue mixing. Incorporate low-gluten flour and cornstarch to form a smooth batter. Strain the batter through a sieve for consistency.



Heat a non-stick pan over medium heat. Pour a thin layer of batter and cook until the surface changes color and edges lift. Flip and cook for another 10-15 seconds. Repeat until all batter is used. Cool the crepes to room temperature and refrigerate.



For the durian filling, combine steamed milk egg paste (made from remaining milk and an egg) with durian pulp and salad dressing. Layer the mixture evenly between cooled crepes. Wrap the assembled cake in plastic wrap, place in a pizza pan, and freeze for several hours before slicing.



Optional mashed potatoes can be added for enhanced texture. Serve chilled and enjoy.
