This simple yet delicious cheesecake is perfect for baking beginners!
Ingredients: – Cream cheese: 200g – Yogurt: 100g – Milk: 40g – Original Oreo cookies (cream filling removed): 100-120g – Butter: 50g – Fine sugar: 50g – Whipping cream: 120g – Lemon juice: 10g – Gelatin sheets: 7.5g – Rum (optional): 5g Preparation Steps: 1. Separate Oreo cookies by twisting them apart and scrape off the cream filling. Set aside. 2. Soften gelatin sheets in cold water, then drain excess water. 3. Melt butter using a double boiler method. 4. Crush Oreo cookies in a food processor (5 seconds/speed 6). Mix with melted butter and press firmly into a 6-inch springform pan lined with parchment paper. Refrigerate. 5. Combine cream cheese and sugar over warm water, then whip at low speed until smooth. 6. Add lemon juice and rum, then incorporate yogurt to create cheese batter. 7. Warm milk and whipping cream, then dissolve softened gelatin sheets in the mixture. 8. Gradually blend the cream-gelatin mixture into cheese batter in three additions. 9. Pour final mixture over the Oreo crust, tap to remove air bubbles, and refrigerate for at least 4 hours. 10. Demold using a hairdryer or warm towel around the pan edges.
