Cream Cheese Cake Ingredients

Cream Cheese: 300 grams
Fine Granulated Sugar: 80-90 grams


Eggs: 3 pieces


Egg Yolk: 1 piece


Cornstarch: 10 grams


Light Cream



200–250 grams



Kiri Cheese



Fine Granulated Sugar



Mix the softened cheese with sugar, then add one egg and stir until combined.



After mixing, add the second egg and stir until incorporated.



Add the third egg along with one egg yolk and mix well.



Incorporate 10 grams of cornstarch and stir until smooth.



Add 200 grams of light cream (using the full 250 grams to avoid waste) and mix thoroughly.



Line the mold with parchment paper, pour in the batter, and gently tap to remove air bubbles.



Place in the oven (Hauswirt C45) for baking.


Bake at 200°C for 27 minutes. Remove from oven, cool, then unmold and refrigerate.


Refrigerate overnight.


Ready to serve with coffee.
