Dark Chocolate Cake Recipe

Ingredients:
– Dark Chocolate: 70g


– Butter: 85g


– Egg: 50g


– Fine Granulated Sugar: 70g


– High-Gluten Flour: 35g


– Chopped Walnuts: 35g


– Salt: 0.5g



Instructions:


1. Prepare the ingredients: cut the butter into pieces and chop the dark chocolate into pieces.


2. Place the butter and chocolate together and melt them using a double boiler.


3. Appearance after melting.


4. In a separate bowl, beat eggs and mix in fine sugar and salt until well combined.


5. Pour the melted chocolate and butter mixture from the third picture into the egg mixture and stir until smooth.


6. Sift in flour and mix until incorporated.


7. Add chopped walnuts and stir.

9. Grease a square container with a layer of butter.


10. Pour the batter into the container.
