Method for making breakfast bread: Step 1: Prepare the ingredients. Step 2: Pour all ingredients into the bread machine and knead until a hand-membrane state is achieved. Step 3: Cover with plastic wrap and let it rest for 10 minutes. Step 4: Divide into 10 equal parts and shape into round balls. Step 5: Place a basin of hot water in the oven to maintain a temperature of 38°C and humidity of 85%. After 40 minutes, the dough will have doubled in size. Brush with egg wash and bake at 190°C for 13 minutes. Step 6: Remove from the oven.
