Classic Chicken Leg Bread Recipe

Ingredients for Classic Chicken Leg Bread:
– 200g high-gluten flour


– 30g egg liquid


– 120g milk


– 25g sugar


– 2g salt


– 2g yeast


– 15g butter


– 6 ham sausages


– Egg liquid (for brushing surface) as needed



Instructions for making Classic Chicken Leg Bread:


Step 1: Prepare all ingredients.


Step 2: Put all materials except butter into the mixer to knead the dough.


Step 3: After a rough membrane is formed, add butter and continue kneading until a smooth, glove-like membrane is formed.
