Method for making Cranberry Bread: Step 1 – Knead the dough to form a gluten membrane and allow the first fermentation.
Step 2 – Roll out the dough.
Step 3 – Cut into strips.
Step 4 – Add dried cranberries.
Step 5 – Combine and flip over the sides.
Step 6 – Roll again.
Step 7 – Cut.
Step 8 – Roll up.
Step 9 – Mist with water and allow the second fermentation.
Step 10 – Preheat the oven to 165°C top heat and 180°C bottom heat.
Step 11 – Sprinkle with flour and bake for 42 minutes.
Step 12 – Complete.
