Cream Cheese Recipe

Ingredients:
– Cream cheese 200g


– Fine granulated sugar 55g


– Eggs 2


– Egg yolk 1


– Light cream 150g


– Low-gluten flour 15g



Instructions:


1. Cut the cream cheese into pieces and soften it. Beat the eggs and set aside.


2. Whip the cream cheese with sugar until smooth and fluffy, achieving a feathery texture.


3. Add the egg yolk gradually in small batches, mixing thoroughly after each addition.


4. Combine the beaten eggs with light cream, stirring evenly using a spatula or manual whisk.


5. Sift the flour into a small bowl. Mix it with a small amount of liquid until fully moistened.


6. Incorporate the moistened flour into the cheese batter and stir until smooth.


7. Pour the mixture into a mold lined with parchment paper and place it in a preheated oven. (Oven temperature reference: 220°C for 22 minutes)


8. After cooling, refrigerate in the refrigerator for at least 7 hours.


9. Ready to serve! The kids love it!
