Durian Bread Recipe

Ingredients for Durian Bread: Wheat flour 200g, Egg 1, Dry yeast 3g, Milk 160g, White sugar 30g, Salt 2g, Durian to taste, Butter 20g, Cheese 20g, Milk powder 30g.
Method: Step 1: Gather all the ingredients for Durian Bread, which you can refer to.


Step 2: Knead the dough until it forms a membrane and then let it rise naturally.


Step 3: Divide the risen dough into four portions.


Step 4: Roll out the dough, add durian flesh, and I’ve also added a few cranberries to complement the flavors as per your preference.


Step 5: Place each portion into a mold and let it rise for another 20 minutes.


Step 6: After the dough has risen, put it into the air fryer for 20 minutes at 180 degrees Celsius. Look at the color, it’s beautiful, isn’t it?
