Heart-shaped Bread Recipe with High-Quality Ingredients

Ingredients for Heart-shaped Bread:
– High-gluten flour: 250g


– Gold Dragonfish Extra Virgin Olive Oil: 10g


– Water: 220g


– Yeast: 3g


– Salt: 3g


– Potato: 1


– Sausage: 1


– Pepper: a pinch


– Cheese slice: 1


– Gold Dragonfish Extra Virgin Olive Oil: as needed



Instructions for Making Heart-shaped Bread:


1. Mix water and yeast until fully combined.


2. Prepare 10g of Gold Dragonfish Extra Virgin Olive Oil.


3. Pour the oil into the yeast water and stir.


4. Sift in the flour and add salt.


5. Stir until no dry flour remains, cover with plastic wrap, and let rest for half an hour.


6. Wet your hands and lift the dough from the sides, folding it inwards, repeat for all four sides.


7. Cover again with plastic wrap and let rest for another half an hour.


8. Repeat the folding process as before.


9. The folded dough should be very soft.


10. Grease the mold with a little Gold Dragonfish Extra Virgin Olive Oil to prevent sticking.


11. Place the dough into the mold, cover with plastic wrap, and let rest for 40 minutes.


12. Peel the potato and slice it, mix with Gold Dragonfish Extra Virgin Olive Oil, and cut the sausage into pieces.


13. Apply a bit of Gold Dragonfish Extra Virgin Olive Oil on the rested dough and poke holes to release air.


14. Sprinkle some pepper on the dough, tear the cheese slice and place it on the dough, then arrange potato slices on top.


15. Add the sausage pieces and spray the surface with water.


16. Bake in a preheated 200°C oven for 20 minutes, adjust the temperature according to your oven.


17. Cooking Tips for Heart-shaped Bread:


1. Wet your hands when folding the dough to prevent sticking.
