Homemade Bread Recipe

Ingredients for Homemade Bread:
Bread flour 350g


Sugar 40-80g


Milk powder 10-20g


Salt 4g


Egg 1


Water 200g


Yeast 4g


Butter 40g



Method for Homemade Bread:


Step 1: Clean the bread bucket and add 200ml of water.


Step 2: Add 10g of milk powder, adjust to personal taste.


Step 3: Add one egg.


Step 4: Add 4g of salt.


Step 5: Add sugar, either white sugar or xylitol, according to personal preference.


Step 6: Add 40g of butter.


Step 7: Add 350g of bread flour, available in supermarkets and grain markets for 3-3.5 yuan per jin.


Step 8: Add 4g of yeast, such as Angel Yeast, placed in the flour well.


Step 9: Optionally add some Xinjiang specialty, raisins.


Step 10: Put into the bread machine, and after 2 hours and 40 minutes, it’s ready to eat, with a superb taste.
