Bread making steps:
- Prepare the ingredients.
- Prepare a water-free container to separate egg whites from yolks.
- Add one tablespoon of sugar to the egg whites.
- Add 2 tablespoons of high-gluten flour.
- Beat with a whisk until frothy.
- Add another tablespoon of sugar.
- Continue to beat until the pattern is clear, OK.
- Place parchment paper in the baking pan, then scrape the egg whites on top, shaping the bread.
- Sprinkle with cereal, add more if you like, but avoid raisins as they will burn and affect the taste.
- Bake in the oven at 180 degrees for 20 minutes.
