Ingredients for Cupcakes:
– 3 eggs
– 35 grams of corn oil
– 55 grams of milk
– 45 grams of caster sugar
– 60 grams of cake flour
Decoration:
– 200 grams of whipped cream
– 18 grams of caster sugar
– An appropriate amount of fruits
Making Method of Cupcakes:
1. Prepare three eggs.
2. Separate the egg whites from the egg yolks. Stir the egg yolks evenly and set aside.
3. Mix the corn oil and milk evenly.
4. Stir until in an emulsified state and set aside.
5. Sift the cake flour and fold it evenly, then set aside.
6. Add the egg yolk batter and fold it evenly.
7. Set the well-folded egg yolk batter aside. Preheat the oven to 120°C in advance.
8. Add caster sugar to the egg whites and whisk.
9. Whisk until it reaches the state shown in the picture.
10. Add it to the egg yolk batter in several portions.
11. Fold it evenly and put it into a piping bag.
12. Pipe the batter into paper cups until they are 70% full.
13. Bake in the oven at 120°C for 25 minutes, then turn to 140°C for 7 minutes. Adjust the time and temperature according to your own oven.
14. Let the baked cakes cool down and set aside.
15. Whisk the whipped cream with caster sugar.
16. Pipe it on the cooled cakes.
17. Decorate with fruits to complete the cupcakes.
