– High-gluten flour: 300g
– Water: 130g


– Olive oil: 30g


– Salt: 3g


– Sugar: 20g


– Dry yeast: 3g


– Egg: 1

– Cherry tomatoes: appropriate amount


– Rosemary: appropriate amount


– Brine-cured olives: appropriate amount

– Black pepper: 2g


Making Steps of Focaccia Bread
1. Put all the ingredients in step 1-7 into the bread machine bucket and stir for about 40 minutes.


2. Obtain a smooth dough.


3. Let the dough rise for the first time until it doubles in volume. Deflate the dough and roll it into a square of 28 cm * 28 cm.


4. Wash the cherry tomatoes and cut them in half.


5. Prepare the brine-cured olives.


6. Place the rosemary, brine-cured olives and cherry tomatoes on the dough. Let it rise for the second time, then put it into the oven and bake at 195°C for 10 minutes.
