Method:
Step 1: Soften the butter and add icing sugar.
Step 2: Stir evenly.
Step 3: Pour in the egg liquid and mix well.
Step 4: Pour in the red beans.
Step 5: Sift in low-gluten flour and matcha powder.
Step 6: Stir evenly, then turn the dough onto plastic wrap, shape into a square, and freeze in the refrigerator for about an hour.
Step 7: Remove and cut into pieces, bake at 175 degrees for 15 minutes.
