Ingredients for Rainbow Bread: High-gluten flour 150g, Butter 12g, Salt 1g, Sugar 25g, Milk 70g, Yeast 3g, Eggs 30g.


Preparation Steps for Rainbow Bread:


1. Place four types of cheese in separate dishes and add different colored food coloring. The healthiest way to achieve this is by using vegetable juices like purple cabbage, tomatoes, and carrots.


2. Extract the vegetable juices.


3. Mix the cheese with the colored juices.


4. Pan-fry the mixture.


5. Arrange the colored cheese on slices of toast.


6. Take another slice of toast, spread butter on one side, and place the buttered side up over the cheese. Fry for 2-3 minutes until the cheese melts, then flip and fry for another 2-3 minutes until the toast is golden brown.


7. Serve the sandwich. If desired, spread a thin layer of butter while still hot and decorate with colored sugar beads.
