Method for Rosemary Bread:
Step 1: Prepare the ingredients.
Step 2: Heat the milk in the microwave to 30 degrees Celsius, warm, and add dry yeast.
Step 3: Add salt, sugar, garlic powder, and rosemary to the flour.
Step 4: Incorporate the egg and the yeast mixture with the milk.
Step 5: Stir and knead briefly.
Step 6: Add olive oil to the roughly kneaded dough and knead until smooth.
Step 7: Seal the dough with plastic wrap and let it rise for 1 hour.
Step 8: Grease the baking tray, spread the dough evenly, poke some holes with your fingers, sprinkle with garlic powder and rosemary, and drizzle with some olive oil. Preheat the oven to 200 degrees Celsius and bake for 25-30 minutes.
