Ingredients for Xylitol Bread: Eggs, Milk, Water 275g, Xylitol/Sugar 60g, High-Gluten Flour 500g, Old Dough 150g, Yeast 5g, Aluminum-Free Baking Powder 2g, Salt 3g, Butter 20g, Salad Dressing 50g, Filling: Creamy Filling.
Steps for making Xylitol Bread:


Step 1: Mixing the dough


Step 2: Kneading to develop gluten


Step 3: First fermentation


Step 4: Dividing the dough


Step 5: Rounding and resting for 15 minutes


Step 6: Rolling out the dough


Step 7: Placing the filling


Step 8: Sealing the dough


Step 9: Second fermentation


Step 10: Dusting with flour


Step 11: Additional dusting with flour


Step 12: Scoring the dough


Step 13: Preheating the oven


Step 14: Upper heat 160°C, lower heat 150°C


Step 15: Baking for 18 minutes


Step 16: Removing from the oven


Step 17: Completion
