Chocolate Muffin Premix Recipe

Ingredients:
– Chocolate Muffin Premix: 150g


– Egg: 1


– Milk: 30ml


– Salad Oil: 60ml



Instructions:


1. Weigh and prepare all ingredients.


2. Crack the egg into a bowl.


3. Mix well, then pour into the muffin premix.


4. Add the milk.


5. Pour in the salad oil.


6. Stir into a batter; the mixture will be quite thick.


7. Mix in some chocolate chips until evenly distributed.


8. Pour the mixed batter into paper cups, filling them about 80% full. Then, decorate the top with some chocolate chips.



9. Preheat the oven to 180°C for 10 minutes. Then, place the muffins on the middle rack and bake at 170°C for 20 minutes.



10. The finished chocolate muffins are extremely delicious. The exterior is slightly crispy, while the interior is soft, sweet, and very satisfying.
