Cake Decoration Steps with Cream and Strawberries

1. Prepare all required ingredients.


2. Beat sugar into the egg mixture until well combined.


3. Place butter in a bowl and melt it over a water bath.


4. Place dark chocolate in a bowl and melt it over a water bath.


5. Allow the butter to cool slightly, then add it to the egg mixture and stir until well combined.


6. Allow the dark chocolate to cool slightly, then add it to the egg mixture and stir until well combined.


7. The egg mixture should become smooth and silky after stirring.


8. Sift in cake flour and stir until well combined.


9. Add walnuts and stir until well combined.


10. Pour the cake batter into a baking pan (first line the bottom of the pan with parchment paper).


11. Smooth the surface with a spatula, then place in the oven at 180°C (middle rack) for 20 minutes.


12. Once baked, let the cake cool, then remove and cut into 12 small pieces.


13. Add granulated sugar to whipping cream and whip until stiff peaks form.


14. Transfer the whipped cream into a piping bag fitted with a medium round nozzle.


15. Trim the bottom of the strawberries to make them flat.


16. Pipe a small amount of cream onto the bottom of each strawberry, then place it on top of the cake.


17. Pipe a ring of cream around the arranged strawberries, and add a small amount of cream on top. Finished.
