Walnuts 15g Mix 60g flour, 50g whole wheat flour, baking powder, baking soda, and a pinch of salt evenly. Blend 50g diced apple, carrot, apple cider vinegar, maple syrup, coconut oil, and coconut milk in a high-speed blender until smooth. Pour the blended wet ingredients into the dry ingredients. Stir briefly and let rest for 15 minutes. After 15 minutes, stir again until no dry flour remains. Pour the batter into a mold.Mix apple dices, brown sugar, cake flour, cinnamon powder, and nutmeg powder evenly.
Pour over the batter as the filling layer of the pound cake. For the top layer, use oats, cake flour, a pinch of salt, brown sugar, white sugar, coconut oil, and walnuts. Mix evenly. Spread over the apple filling layer. Bake in the oven at 180°C for about 30-35 minutes. Let it cool after removing from the oven for better taste. Take it out and share with friends.
