Take 1/3 of the meringue and fold it into the egg yolk batter until well combined. Pour the mixture back into the bowl of meringue and fold gently until just incorporated. Pour into the mold, pipe a small amount of butter in the center, or after a few minutes of baking, score a line with a knife. Place into the preheated oven. Bake at 150°C (top and bottom heat) for 60 minutes. To ensure minimal or no cracking, first use a low temperature, then increase to a high temperature.
