I have made this recipe many times. It requires no oven, and the entire process is just stirring and mixing. It is a foolproof dessert tutorial with zero failure, making it extremely simple and suitable for beginners and lazy cooks.

Ladyfingers
Whipping Cream: 200-250g (depending on the weight per box)
Coffee Powder: 4g Warm Water: 40ml Rum: 5g (optional, can be omitted if you dislike the alcohol flavor) Cocoa Powder:Appropriate amount (for dusting the surface)
1. Place 3 egg yolks, 20g milk, and 25-30g sugar into a bowl.
2. Mix until well combined.
3. Pour into a non-stick pan and heat over low heat until thickened, in order to pasteurize the eggs.
4. Take another clean bowl and beat 250g mascarpone cheese until smooth.
5. Add the slightly cooled cooked egg yolk mixture to the whipped mascarpone.
6. Mix the cooked egg yolk mixture and the whipped mascarpone until well combined.
7. Take another clean bowl, pour in 200-250g heavy cream, and whip until soft peaks form.
8. Combine the mascarpone egg yolk mixture with the whipped heavy cream.
9. The tiramisu cheese batter is complete.
10. Transfer the tiramisu cheese mixture into a piping bag and set aside. Tip: Placing the piping bag over a cup makes filling with a spatula very convenient.
11. In a small bowl, combine 4g coffee powder with 40ml warm water and mix well, or use brewed coffee directly. Add 5g rum at this stage as well; omit if you prefer no alcohol flavor. 12. Place ladyfingers into a small food container and brush or soak them thoroughly with the coffee mixture. Note: This container measures 152*100cm at the base and 77cm in height. If the ladyfingers are not long enough, add one lengthwise to fill the gap. Brushed ladyfingers yield a drier, firmer texture, while soaked ones are softer and more moist; adjust according to personal preference. (It is recommended to soak ladyfingers coated with sugar icing; when soaking, increase the coffee mixture by 2-3 times.) 13. On the first layer of brushed ladyfingers, pipe a layer of cheese mixture, then place the second layer of ladyfingers. 14. Continue brushing the second layer of ladyfingers with the coffee mixture (or soak them before placing). 15. Pipe a second layer of cheese mixture over the second layer of ladyfingers to cover them. 16. The cheese mixture can be left with its natural curves, or smoothed flat with a spatula. 17.The formula yields 3 boxes. Refrigerate overnight. 18. On the second day, dust the surface with cocoa powder for decoration (optional if not preferred).
