Ingredients:
– Syrup: appropriate amount
– Caster sugar: appropriate amount
Instructions:
1. Cut 1 dark chocolate and 60g butter into small pieces, place in a bowl, and melt over simmering water, stirring until combined.
2. Add 20g white sugar, 5g syrup, 3g baking powder, 1g salt, 10g cocoa powder, and 2 eggs. Then sift in 80g flour and stir until smooth.
3. Pour the batter into a baking dish lined with aluminum foil and set aside.
4. For the cream cheese batter: Mix softened cream cheese and 20g softened butter until combined. Gradually add 20g caster sugar, 1 egg, and 25g flour, stirring gently until smooth.
5. Spoon the cream cheese batter randomly over the brownie batter.
6. Use a toothpick to create desired swirl patterns between the two batters.
7. Add an appropriate amount of hot water to the baking pan, place the baking dish inside, and bake in the oven at 160°C for about 40 minutes. Allow the cake to cool completely before unmolding.
