This Beiding stew pot fits perfectly on the glass tray of the Joyoung steam rice cooker at home!

Ingredients:
Eggs: 5
Warm water: 60g warm water per egg, so 300g warm water for 5 eggs
Salt: 5g (1g salt per egg)
Prepare the ingredients. The three eggs on the left are silkie eggs.
Crack the eggs into the stew pot (alternatively, beat them in two batches in a glass measuring cup, as the stew pot is too small to whisk in).
Beat in two batches.
Strain the beaten egg mixture.
Beat once more (because there are two stew pots).
Skim off the foam completely with a spoon after filtering.
Cover with a lid and place in a steamer.
15 minutes.
Steaming is complete.
Also steamed a bowl of sesame oil, brown sugar and ginger water along the way.
The result is tender, smooth and free of honeycomb holes. OK.
