Cake with Wheat Germ Recipe

Cake Flour 120g
Eggs 4


Sugar 100g


Butter 21g


Wheat Germ 15g


1. All ingredients


2. Add sugar to the beaten eggs


3. Use an electric mixer to beat the egg mixture and sugar for about 15 minutes, until it expands and the patterns are not easily dispersed


4. Add sifted cake flour


5. Gently fold until evenly mixed, then add wheat germ


6. Add the melted butter.


7. Gently fold all ingredients until evenly combined.


8. Pour the batter into a cooking pot lined with aluminum foil, then sprinkle a small amount of wheat germ on top. Lightly tap the pot against a cloth to remove air bubbles.


9. Bake for a total of 20 minutes: 10 minutes over medium heat, followed by 10 minutes over low heat.


10. Allow to cool, then cut into pieces and serve.
