Cake Ingredients List

Eggs: 2 pieces
Cake flour: 60 grams


Fine granulated sugar: 40 grams


Corn oil: 6 grams


Whipped cream: 100 grams


White sugar: 10 grams


Strawberries: appropriate amount


Kiwifruit: appropriate amount


1. Prepare the ingredients.


2. Crack the eggs into a large bowl, then add the granulated sugar.


3. Place the bowl over warm water.


4. Whisk the mixture over warm water until the batter becomes thick and fluffy.


5. Sift the cake flour into the bowl.


6. Fold the mixture evenly using a rubber spatula.

8. Add the corn oil and mix with a cutting motion until well combined.


9. Pour the batter into paper cups, filling each to about 80% full, then sprinkle a small amount of white sesame seeds on top.


10. Place in a preheated oven, middle rack, bake with top and bottom heat at 180°C for about 15 minutes until the surface turns golden brown. Once baked, remove and let cool on a wire rack.
11. Add granulated sugar to whipping cream and beat over ice water until stiff peaks form. Transfer to a piping bag fitted with a piping tip.


12. Pipe the cream onto the baked cake, then garnish with fruits and chocolate sugar pearls.
