After mixing, the batter should reach a relatively thick consistency. Transfer the prepared batter into a piping bag. Pipe the batter into a 12-cup mold lined with paper liners, then sprinkle some crushed Oreo pieces on the surface. Place into the middle rack of an oven preheated to 210°C. After placing it in, first adjust to 200°C and bake for 10 minutes, then turn to 180°C and bake for 16 minutes.
