Agar Black Rice Cake

Ingredients:
Agar: 10g


Soy Milk: 210ml


Black Rice Flour: 20g


White Sugar: 80g



Steps:


1. Soak agar in cold water until softened.


2. Take the softened agar out of the water and put it into a pot.


3. Add black rice flour to the pot.


4. Add white sugar.


5. Add soy milk.



8. Stir evenly.


9. Next, turn on the heat, bring to a boil, and stir until the agar agar dissolves.


10. Then, pour the finished product into a mold and refrigerate for 1 hour.


11. Remove from the mold and serve.
