Cake Baking Recipe with Low Gluten Flour

Low Gluten Flour 200g
Eggs 200g


Salad Oil 200g


Fine Granulated Sugar 100g


Baking Powder 4g


Salt 1g


1. Preheat the oven to 200°C. Place eggs in a container, add sugar, and whisk until the sugar dissolves.


2. Add salad oil.


3. Use an electric mixer to beat until emulsified.


4. Mix flour with baking powder and salt, then sift into the mixture.
5. Use a manual egg beater to mix evenly until no particles remain.


6. At this point, the cake batter is relatively thick. Use a spatula to fill the batter into paper cups to about 70% full.


7. Bake in the middle of the oven at 190°C for 25 minutes. This is what it looks like after 10 minutes of baking.


8. Remove from the oven and place on a wire rack to cool down.
