Ingredients:
1 egg Butter: 10g (for greasing the mold) Instructions: 1. Sift the cake flour and salt together into a mixing bowl, then add granulated sugar and mix well. 2. Make a well in the center of the flour mixture. 3. Pour in the beaten egg. 4. Gradually add milk while stirring until fully combined. 5. Add whipping cream and stir until smooth. 6. Strain the batter through a sieve to achieve a smoother consistency. 7. Evenly spread a thin layer of softened butter inside the mold. 8. Pour the batter into the buttered mold. 9. Randomly place any additions into the poured batter, then place the mold on the lower-middle rack of the oven and bake at 200°C for 25-30 minutes.
