How to Make Maria Biscuit Mousse Cake

Maria Biscuits (or other crispy biscuits)
One bag

Whipping cream

200 grams

Sweetened condensed milk

35 grams

1. Break the Maria biscuits into pieces and place them in a blending cup. Grind them using a blender.

Alternatively, put them in a resealable bag and crush them with a rolling pin.

2. When the biscuits become a fine powder, it is ready as biscuit crumbs. For a unique flavor, you can add 5 grams of cocoa powder.

3. Whip the whipping cream until it reaches 70% stiffness.

4. Pour in the sweetened condensed milk.

5. Continue whipping the cream.

6. Transfer the cream into a piping bag.

7. Take a mousse cup. First, add a layer of biscuit crumbs.

8. Then, pipe a layer of whipped cream.
9. Spread another layer of biscuit crumbs, gently pressing down with a small spoon for a more defined appearance.

10. Continue layering with whipped cream and biscuit crumbs alternately.

11. Repeat until the cup is almost full.

12. Place in the freezer for at least 3 hours before serving.
