Maria Biscuits (or other crispy biscuits)

Sweetened condensed milk

1. Break the Maria biscuits into pieces and place them in a blending cup. Grind them using a blender.
Alternatively, put them in a resealable bag and crush them with a rolling pin.
2. When the biscuits become a fine powder, it is ready as biscuit crumbs. For a unique flavor, you can add 5 grams of cocoa powder.
3. Whip the whipping cream until it reaches 70% stiffness.
4. Pour in the sweetened condensed milk.
5. Continue whipping the cream.
6. Transfer the cream into a piping bag.
7. Take a mousse cup. First, add a layer of biscuit crumbs.
8. Then, pipe a layer of whipped cream.
9. Spread another layer of biscuit crumbs, gently pressing down with a small spoon for a more defined appearance.
10. Continue layering with whipped cream and biscuit crumbs alternately.
11. Repeat until the cup is almost full.
12. Place in the freezer for at least 3 hours before serving.
